FAQs

1. What is the time date of the event? 

This year we are holding the event over 2 days; Saturday 28th & Sunday 29th July

From 10am until 4pm on both days

2. What is the address? 

Blounts Court Road, Sonning Common, RG4 9PA

3. What are the entry fees?

Please see the Tickets tab on our website for pre-paid and on-the-day prices.

4. How do I purchase a ticket?

Navigate to the Tickets tab on our website for pre-paid tickets.

Please note: you can purchase discounted tickets any time up to a week before the event. The first batch of tickets are available at the lowest price until the end of June.

6. Is this a cash-only event?

This is a cash-only event, with only a couple of vendors accepting card.

7. Can I re-enter the event?

There will not be any physical tickets for this event, people are welcome to leave and come back if they get a stamp from one of the entry points.

8. Will there be parking available?

1,000 car park spaces will be available on the day

9. Where are the entry points?

The main entrance will be off Blounts Court Road for the parking. Pedestrians can enter by this point, or by the top of Widmore Lane.

10. Are there any age requirements for the passenger rides?

Unfortunately we are unable to provide passenger rides for under 6yr olds because of car seat legislation

11. How do I apply to setup a stall?

Please fill in the vendor form on the Vendor tab on our website.

12. Can I involve my super car/classic car?

We already have hundreds of cars joining us on the day. If you would like to bring your car please email the details to ferrarifamilyday@outlook.com

13. Are dogs allowed?
Dogs are very welcome to come to the event, assuming they are friendly and kept on a lead. We do have a dog show and dog-related events available on both days.

14. Will there be anywhere sheltered from the rain?

We will provide a large marquee with seating which can be used to shelter from the sunshine or rain.

 

15. Can we pre-book passenger rides?

We cannot pre-book any passenger rides, as we cannot 100% guarantee which cars will be available on each day. To book this in when you arrive, head over to Sporting Bears!

16. Which cars will be available for the passenger rides?

Some of the cars we expect to see include: 
3/4 seaters: Ford Mustang, Maserati 3200GT, Nissan GTR, Maserati Ghibli, Aston Martin DB9 Volante

2 seaters: Ferrari 458 Speciale, Lamborghini Huracan, Ferrari 355, Weismann GT, hopefuly Aston Martin DB6, Aston Martin Vantage, Noble, Ultima GTR.

 Not all of these cars are guaranteed to show, but we expect most of them to be available. 

Note: one fee covers all seats in the car, minus the driver. Example: if a £50 ride is purchased for a 4-seat car, then up to 3 passengers can enjoy the experience for that fee.

17. How do I get to the event by public transport?

Reading buses number 25 operates from Reading Station to Brinds corner bus stop. From here you can cross Peppard road and head up Widmore Lane towards the pedestrian entrance. there will be plenty of signage available on both days.
